5. A lady with ulcerative colitis has recently been suffering from fluctuating symptoms of jaundice, pruritis, abdominal pain and fatigue. Tests reveal elevated Alk phos, elevated bilirubin and hypergammaglobulinaemia. An ERCP performed later showed a structure with a “beaded” appearance.
